SHIPPING

Shipping is charged at a FLAT RATE of $25/order when your order is placed. If your shipping exceeds $25 we will take a second payment to cover the difference retroactively.

We want you to love your Dewy & Lewy Skincare purchase, so if for any reason you are not completely satisfied please contact our customer service gurus to discuss. You can contact us by emailing a detailed description with your contact details.

Due to hygiene reasons we cannot promise to accept exchange or returns on non-faulty items so please choose carefully! 

Return for refund policy is not applicable for wrong colour or product choice for purchases made in-store or online. Nor do we refund for a change of mind. Items cannot be returned that have been purchased from other retailers stocking Dewy & Lewy Skincare. Please refer back to the clinic you purchased from directly. A refund is not available if the customer bought them for someone else who doesn’t want them.

We do not refund for the subtle and unavoidable variations in colour, texture or scent that sometimes may occur between the batches with natural ingredients & plant extracts in the products, nor do we refund / exchange because a customer may not care for a product’s colour, texture or perceived performance on the individual. Colour and smell variations can depend on when certain ingredients were harvested throughout the year or stage of growth of the plant. 

Please email us within a 14 day time frame if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any issues.

We recommend that you return the product (and they will need to be returned) via Registered Post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you insure your parcel. Dewy & Lewy Skincare and its company will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
